As a starting point for the Community Development Project in 2000 it was felt that members views were paramount in creating an Action Plan.

The Consultation 2000 exercise was organised to listen to the expressed needs of member C.A's in order to establish a development plan for the FOCAST based on the information gathered during this process. This development plan also informs the work of the CDW for the next 3 years and identifies clearly the role needed to support member groups.
